INANNA “Transfigured in a Thousand Delusions” CD

Since its inception, in mid-2000 AD in the city of Santiago, Republic of Chile, INANNA has navigated tumultuous courses discovering and overcoming unknown routes. From their pantheon, proscribed by innumerable curses, two demos, two live albums, and three full-lengths have emerged. In each of these revelations, the band has experimented and twisted the laws of cosmic chemistry, revealing madness, misery, mysticism, and the horror of the unknown in vast chords, aggression, deranged riffing, expelling their apparitions of surreal Death Metal.

Workshopped for a period of two years, and entangled in endless problems, “Transfigured in a Thousand Delusions” could finally see the light at the end of the year 2012. Now, ten years later, Awakening Records is proud to officially reissue this Death Metal masterpiece! Continuing with the harmonic battles and its ghostly dread, this second album showed the musical growth of the group at its best. Along with the vertiginous speeds and caustic weirdness, a layered mass of dissonances and ancient hidden melodies surfaced. Each composition became a different challenge, a new view towards other universes, never leaving aside the absolute dementia of the musical style that initially brought them together.
